Beth is a friend of mine who used to be my neighbour.

She is the most prolific painter I have known and can be seen painting at various places around the village mornings, afternoons, evenings, in all seasons and weather, and especially when the sky is interesting.

Beth happily endures harsh weather conditions to capture the unexpected and beautiful fleeting moments.

To me Beth is an impressionist and her paintings seem alive.

She captures the every changing light and weather passing over the local landscape with elegance and her skies are tangible.

Watching Beth paint is fascinating. The landscape in front emerges out of her brush strokes.
